Cindy and Brody Enli

In her career in Talent Acquisition, Cindy has hired hundreds of technology professionals and has a passion for connecting people and opportunities. Currently, Cindy is a Sr. Technical Recruiter at U.S. Venture where she hires technology talent for U.S. Venture, including their Breakthrough and IGEN divisions, and creates programs to drive talent acquisition and retention strategies. Cindy is also a founding member of Women in Technology - Wisconsin, serves as the Co-Chair of the Talent Committee for the NEW IT Digital Alliance, has been a First Lego League Junior coach, ran a Coding Club with her son and is a swim official for her daughter's swim team. Brody is a 14-year-old with a passion for all things related to computers, mathematics, programming and electricity. He is currently the lead programmer for Wave Robotics, a FIRST Robotics team in Oshkosh, WI. When he's not programming for his team or working on side projects, Brody devotes time to another passion he has; creating his outdoor, musically synchronized Christmas light display while raising money for charity. To date, Brody's Christmas Lights for Charity has raised over $20,000 for children-related charities and has donated over 1,300 pounds of non-perishable food items. https://brodyslights4charity.org/
