You always see articles and blogs written about being a good mentor, but does the mentee actually have to do anything other than be open to getting help? ABSOLUTELY!! I have tried to find mentors over the last 10 years and only recently have I figured out that most of them that failed have been because I haven't done my part. I'll share a few things that I've learned so that you can get the most out of having a mentor. @bridging-the-gap
